The Jefferson Plaza & Garage spans between 11th and 12th Streets, with a three-story below-grade garage providing 300 spaces for Jefferson’s Honickman Center and connections to the East Market loading dock. Above ground, the West Plaza Jefferson Plaza includes three wood-clad structures, disguising essential infrastructure, and is designed for food trucks, private events, and future tower expansion. Public artwork, by Add Fuel, has been incorporated into the central wood clad headhouse, and a three-part Sculpture by Tobi Kahn was installed below the porte-cochere.
