Boehringer Ingelheim: Danbury: BRC Dining and Main Street

The project consists of a new 16,800 sf cafeteria with over 300 seats to replace the aging facility at another location in the building. The cafeteria includes a “town hall” meeting space and the renovations to the complex’s main north/south circulation spine known as “Main Street.” The servery renovation includes a dish-washing component to eliminate the use of disposables and enhance the robust recycling program. The kitchen is modest to showcase food preparation as staff circulates the servery to make their food choices.
