Image Usage Terms and Conditions

The following statement applies to all photographs taken by Perkins Eastman.

All photographs are copyrighted and provided with the understanding that the images are licensed for your company’s use only. Redistribution or transfer of ownership of any image is not permitted.

Unless otherwise specified, all images shall include a credit adjacent to each image using the following format: “Photograph by Andrew Rugge. Copyright Perkins Eastman.”

Usage granted includes:

• Portfolio

• Publicity

• Presentations

• Proposals

• Competition and award submittals

• Collateral materials

• Office display

• Website

• Office reference

• Monograph

• Reference

• Social Media

Use of any image other than as specified is not permitted.

Important Notice:
Under no circumstance can professional photography of the firm’s portfolio be used for any commercial or professional purpose by a former employee or by another employer as part of a project portfolio in printed materials or otherwise.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Modification Policy:

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools, software, or platforms to alter, manipulate, enhance, composite, generate, or otherwise modify these photographs in any way is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from Perkins Eastman.

Prohibited AI modifications include, but are not limited to:

• AI-generated compositing, inpainting, or background replacement

• AI-based retouching, content-aware manipulation, or object removal

• AI upscaling that introduces generated or hallucinated content

• AI style transfer, rendering, or aesthetic transformation

• Use of any generative AI tool to extend, alter, or reimagine image content
