Avalon Harrison
Adjacent to the Harrison, New York MetroNorth train station, on a site presently used as a surface parking lot for commuters, Avalon Harrison introduces 143 units of housing, 30,000 sf of ground-level retail, and resident, retail and commuter parking to the new mixed-use transit neighborhood. The design includes ground floor retail & public plazas to enhance Harrison Downtown. The three buildings are separated by two new public plazas, and the third wraps around the multi-level commuter parking garage, hiding it from view.
