Perkins Eastman designed a 25-story multifamily residential tower for Atlantic Realty Development Corporation as part of the Xchange development in Secaucus, NJ. The project features a four-story parking garage base, 403 rentable units, and 16,000 SF of amenity space, including a Sky Lounge on the 19th floor with panoramic views of the Hackensack River and Manhattan skyline. A translucent curtain wall system highlights the entry lobby and amenities, while an outdoor lap pool with a four-season deck enhances the resident experience.
