Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh’s new 57,047-sf corporate office is designed to right-size its footprint and support a hybrid work model. Centered around a communicating stair and collaboration hub, the space spans two and a half floors with open workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and pantries. It maintains assigned seating for over 250 employees while incorporating regional design elements and a commitment to sustainability.
