Perkins Eastman designed a high-tech, mixed-use ambulatory building in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, providing top-tier medical services, including an Emergency Department, Surgical Suite, Cancer Center, and Physician Practices. The facility's design emphasizes patient experience through a rigorous stakeholder engagement process, ensuring that both technical and human needs are met. Located on a main commercial thoroughfare with excellent public access, the building includes advanced features such as a 797 Pharmacy, rapid response lab, and a responsive "smart" system to support medical staff.
