To support the consolidation of employees at 500 Ross Street, the second-floor café and servery are expanded and upgraded while maintaining the existing kitchen location to reduce infrastructure costs. The design introduces varied seating zones — including the Coffee Lounge, Town Hall, and Promenade — to accommodate daily dining, informal respite, and large company gatherings. Acoustic treatments, environmental graphics, and locally inspired artwork create a vibrant yet comfortable social hub for BNY employees.
