The Tobin Montessori Darby Vassall Education Campus transforms a nine-acre urban site into a vibrant hub for learning and community, uniting four schools, district-wide services, and shared programs in a connected landscape. Rooted in principles of energy, environment, and wellness, the design achieves an exceptionally low EUI of 22 kBtu/sf/year through thoughtful massing, daylight optimization, and advanced sustainable systems.
