Ruby Square
Perkins Eastman partnered with BRP Companies on Ruby Square, a 624,000 sf mixed-use development with 614 residential units, including 185 affordable homes. The project features over 50,000 sf of amenities—such as rooftop terraces, fitness and co-working spaces, an indoor basketball court, lounges, children’s and pet facilities—alongside 25,000 sf of retail and 5,000 sf of community space. Designed to revitalize the 168th Street Corridor in Downtown Jamaica, Ruby Square emphasizes sustainable building, housing affordability, and an active pedestrian realm.
