This 222-unit addition completes the Garden Court residential complex by building atop the existing parking garage, increasing density on an irregular lot without expanding lot coverage, while drawing refined Art Deco cues from the historic neighborhood in a contemporary expression. The new building frames a tiered amenity experience—from upper terraces with fitness, social spaces, and a plunge pool to a renovated semi-public plaza and lower-level gardens, bocce courts, dog walk, and outdoor dining. The project also renovates the existing tower, rebalancing the unit mix by subdividing oversized apartments and delivering fresh, contemporary interiors that respectfully reference the original Art Deco character.
