Located in Raleigh's Warehouse District, Union West is a mixed-use transit-oriented development that integrates a GoTriangle bus facility with a 23-story residential tower. The project respects the neighborhood's historic character while activating the streetscape with retail, dining, public plazas, and multimodal transit connections.
